Drillcon Portugal

Drillcon Iberia SA is the Portuguese subsidiary in the Drillcon Group.

The Company´s main business is divided in two areas: raise boring for mining and civil construction and core drilling for exploration and geotechnical purposes.

The main market is the Iberian Peninsula although work is carried all over Europe.

The company was established in 1994. The business has increased constantly and currently employs around 75 people and turn over approx. 10.0 million €. The head office of the Portuguese company is locatated in Braga in the North of Portugal. There is a branch office with workshop facilities and stores at Somincor mine site close to Castro Verde in the south of Portugal.

Drillcon Iberia operates approximately 10 drill rigs for diamond core drilling and 8 raiseborers.
